Important — Data liability disclaimer. SchoolSphere is provided as a tool to help schools manage their information. The school (and the user uploading the data) is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and consent basis of all data uploaded to the platform. SchoolSphere is not liable for any data uploaded by users, including but not limited to incorrect, incomplete, unauthorized, defamatory, or unlawfully obtained data, nor for any consequences arising from such uploads.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or uploading any data to SchoolSphere, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Data

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority and the necessary consents (from staff, learners, parents/guardians or any other data subjects) to upload, store and process the data you submit to SchoolSphere. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the data and for keeping it up to date.

SchoolSphere does not validate the truthfulness or origin of any uploaded record.
SchoolSphere is not liable for any loss, claim, fine or damage arising from data you or your school uploads.
You agree to indemnify SchoolSphere against any third-party claims arising from your uploaded data.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content; not to attempt to disrupt the service; and not to use the platform to process data you are not authorized to process.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events may temporarily affect the platform.

5. Fees & Invoicing

Some modules are billed per package or per usage. Where an invoice is unpaid or expired, access to the affected module may be restricted until settlement. Pricing is displayed in-app at the time of use.

6. Termination

You may stop using SchoolSphere at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
